This is once again very overdue but that is for good reason. There was a lot of chatter regarding who ACTUALLY won the title this year so this blog should hopefully provide some clarity.
The Real Final
The Sleeper app malfunctioned when it incorrectly knocked TBB out of the playoffs in the first round. Luckily, I am a computer whiz and was able to track everything correctly. In this corrected universe, TBB went on to smash the Sad Dads in the semi-finals while TVB were stunned by NIM in the semis. That brought us to the final that sleeper forgot about: The Bitchin’ Batgirls vs. The Nine Inch Males. TBB made some massive mistakes in their lineup, choosing not to start Breece Hall on TNF while NIM got a huge boost from Jerome Ford to start out the week. However, once the Saturday Night game concluded, it was clear as day that TBB were to be crowned the champions. Below is what the score was:
It’s an incredible story and one that Hollywood couldn’t have even wrote. The lowly last place team in 2022 ended up shocking the world are now etched in league history forever.
I’m sorry I’m being lazy about this blog. I need to focus on my job. An offseason blog will appear in due time as well as the yearly coaches’ conference to vote on new rules/any changes. And once again, CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2023 CHAMPIONS! THE BITCHIN’ BATGIRLS.
